Actually, this is a really simple process. 
 
1.Just disassemble your Dualshock, find ground and ps buttons point, and solder them to the ic board. a. You can use the original ps4 dual shock, but it is really hard to solder, and easy to be burned if you are a beginner. so just but the third party one, which mostly solders point lable buttons names. Easy to find. b. Also you need to set up your ps4 primary id. c. you either need to leave your Dualshock battery on or plug your dual shock to the 5v wall charger. Otherwise, won't work. 
If you do the pc, just mod switch pins to the pcb
